Dr. Arunkumar O N

Dr. Arunkumar O N is an Assistant Professor in Operations Management at SIBM Bengaluru, a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). With over 16 years of professional experience across teaching, research, and industry, he has developed deep expertise in operations and supply chain management, and decision sciences.

He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut, an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management, and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

Dr. Arunkumar has authored more than 26 international journal papers, delivered executive education programs for organizations like TATA Motors and GE India, and guided multiple doctoral research scholars. His research broadly focuses on operations and supply chain management, with a special emphasis on supply chain finance, digital transformation, blockchain applications, and working capital optimization, all driven by real-world challenges.
