Dr. Vandita Dar is a Ph.D. in Economics (NET & SET qualified) from Mumbai University with over 17 years of diverse work experience in academics, research, as well as the corporate. Her varied stints involve heading the training division of an apex state training institute, working as faculty in management institutes, and also being associated with the research division of a premier Indian financial institution. In her last corporate assignment, she held the profile of an economist with a global financial services company. Her research interests include macroeconomic policy and development economics. A case study co-authored by Dr.Vandita has received honourable mention in ISB-Ivey global case competition 2018.
