His research endeavors primarily revolve around sustainable tourism destinations, as well as topics such as Food, Wine, LGBTQ tourism, and circular consumption behaviors. Dr. Sabari has contributed his expertise to prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, and Liverpool John Moores University.
