Dr. Jikku Susan Kurian holds Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Management from Bharathiar University and MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Anna University, Chennai. Her undergraduate degree is in Physics from Kerala University. She has 17 years of experience of which the initial 7.5 years was with the corporate sector. She worked with Infosys, Omax Autos Ltd. and Muthoot Fincorp. In her academic stint, the initial 7.5 years was with KL University. Later she was associated with LEAD College of management and Firebird Institute of Research in Management for a short while. She authored three case studies and research papers. Two of her case studies were published in Economic Times Cases. She was also associated with TVS Srichakra as part of a consultancy project where she was involved in case development for employee training. Her areas of interest includes Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Training and Development.
