Assistant Professor
Nivedita Jha holds an MBA and a PhD and is actively engaged in teaching, research, and professional development in the field of HRM. Her academic interests focus on employee experience, sustainable human resource management, and organizational sustainability, with an emphasis on addressing contemporary workplace and organizational challenges.
She has contributed to peer-reviewed research publications and has authored a teaching case study published with The Case Centre, reflecting her commitment to experiential and practice-oriented learning. She is also currently involved in a funded research project, demonstrating her engagement with sponsored research and evidence-based inquiry. Her scholarly work has received recognition through the Emerald Literati Award (2020) and the Most Commended Paper Award at JSoM, former IFIM, highlighting the impact and quality of her academic contributions.
Beyond academia, she actively collaborates with industry by training working professionals in soft skills, including leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness. Her work seeks to bridge theory and practice while promoting sustainable and employee-centric perspectives in management education.
