Dr Mallika Srivastava has earned PhD for her research on Customer Relationship Management in Indian Corporate Sector from University of Allahabad. She has also done Master of Management Studies (MMS) from JD Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, S.N.D.T University.
Dr Mallika has more than 10 years of work experience of which she has over 6 years of teaching and research experience in marketing management domain and 4 years of rich corporate work experience in organizations like Blue Star India Ltd and Eicher India Ltd in the area of project management, customer relationship management, systems design & development, training and implementation.
Dr Mallika has taken various internationalization initiatives and organized various Study India Programs for students from International University like DHBW CAS, Heilbronn, Germany, University of Cologne, Gedu College of Business, Royal University of Bhutan, Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, Nanyang Technological University. She has conducted sessions for international study India program for students from various international university like Nanyang Technological University, Royal University of Bhutan, Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
Dr Mallika has authored a management text book titled: Customer Relationship Management – Indian Context with Vikas International Publishing House and coauthored a book titled “Modern Business Organization and Management” with Prayag Pustak Bhawan. She has credit of having published various research papers in reputed refereed National and International Journals. She is also a certified trainer for market place simulation.
