Programme Objective
This programme aims at enhancing managerial skills for the new generation in family managed business and new entrepreneurs by providing them with:

Orientation and Pedagogy:
SIBM Bengaluru follows an Innovative Teaching Pedagogy comprising of:

  • Use of Harvard Cases and Simulations
  • Use of Technology for Teaching and Learning using OLT (Online Learning and Teaching) software
  • Use of technology for blended learning and evaluation through Moodle LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Industrial visits & Guest Lectures

Duration
Two year full time (Compulsory residential programme).

After successful completion of two years full time residential MBA programme from SIBM -B, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune awards the MBA (Family Managed Business & Entrepreneurship) degree.

Note: This is not a Placement Oriented Programme. Students after successful completion are expected to join their family business or start their own business.
